Registration
REGISTRATION for CRF 2012 conference is CLOSED.
You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail indicating the total amount of payment due. If it will not be delivered within a few minutes after submission of your registration please contact us at CRF2012@vscht.cz.
The regular registration fee will include:
- Attendance at the CRF 2012 conference
- Access to the poster and exhibition area
- Name badge, conference documents
- Final programme
- Book of abstracts
- Coffee breaks
- Luncheons
- Welcome drink
In the registration form you can register free of charge for the welcome drink and you can order ticket(s) for the conference dinner (€ 60).
Please note that your registration is firm when your payment has been received.

Cancellation policy
Only written cancellations can be accepted, to be sent to CRF2012@vscht.cz.
Payments will be refunded after the conference and when the following cancellation charges have been deducted:
Cancellation before September 1, 2012 – refund 75%; no refunds after that date.
Further information
The organizers cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of properties, injuries, unexpected events, travel delays, non-appearance of specific speakers, program changes. Be sure to travel with a valid insurance.
Visas
Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from the organisers at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The organizers can do nothing further to assist this process.
